80% refund for withdrawal prior to Feb 15. There are no refunds from Feb 15. However 50% of your entry fee can be transferable to the next year’s event up to the week before the event. If you pull out during the week before the event or on the event day – we do not refund or transfer as all costs have been paid.
No refunds given if the event is cancelled for reasons outside of the event organiser’s control (i.e. – extreme weather event).
Please note that Only Fools and Horses is run by volunteers as a fundraiser for Central Otago Hunt. In planning the event we incur many expenses that can’t be refunded in case of cancellation.
